Thank you for all the Birthday wishes! We were in Wrangell for my birthday and the big event was to order bicycles to have up here. For about a week we went exploring and took a 4 mile trek into the woods and almost had a close encounter with two grizzlies. They were close but they ran away from us instead of at us. Rod had his shot gun along, just in case. It was a nice trek but very long. Altogether it was about 8 miles, it was good exercise, but we were very tired by the time we got back to the boat. It was exciting!!!
