Thank you for all the love on my page. Earlier today I found out from a friend that a former co worker of mine has passed on. Apparently it was suicide. On the outside and at work this person always seemed so happy and upbeat. That person had their days, like we all do, but over all they seemed like the rest of us. Not sure about the why this happened. But we must remember that any day could be our last. And treat it like it is. I am thankful that I knew this person and my sympathy goes out to their family. So yes I am personally using all this positive energy right now...I want you all to know that I am a 100% real and some days are good and some days are bad...my posts may reflect my mood, but I will never stray from my own 2 rules I made.... Thank you all again, as I listen to Stand by Me by Ben E King
