Thank you for all your birthday wishes! Had a fantastic birthday. What a gorgeous day--so beautiful and cold here in Everett, WA that on the way back from praying with a couple of people in the hospital this morning I stopped along Grand Ave and took a couple of pictures of the beautiful Puget Sound and the snow covered Olympic Mountains in the background. You see below the beautiful balloon bouquet a staff member thoughtfully placed in my office. This afternoon, had a call from my son, Scott and his wife Angela--actually the call began with my grandson Wyatt singing happy birthday to papa. Best rendition Ive ever heard. And then tonight my family supported me playing hockey, and with a little help/several great passes from Scott Bjella, I scored a hat trick--three goals. Just returned from dinner at Spaghetti Factory with family, enjoying their company and opening gifts. Today, December 1, 1955 Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat. Cool thing to have happen on your birthday. Again, thanks for all you kind thoughts as I was reminded of the many good friends and fun experiences God has given me over the years. Thank you family and friends! Youre my best gifts!
