Thank you! for continued prayers (and for many of you asking) about our house possibility. Amazed and BLESSED by the ways God has encouraged us through the past few days!! We will be signing the offer this afternoon and our agent will be submitting it, hopefully tomorrow. The house is still "on the market/available" but listed as temporarily unavailable while something is being fixed by the seller (bank). We are praying for: 1. Offer to be accepted. 2. Inspection to go well 3. Appraiser to say "yes" (FHA) The decision to submit the offer has some "risk" - we pay for the inspection and appraisal without knowing for sure if it will all happen. Non-refundable and that feels huge to us... but God knows that, too. We will most likely have to give notice to our landlord prior to knowing the above answers, and while that feels like a "risk" as well (since it means we would have to find a place to live by July 31 if this house situation falls through!) - we are trusting the Lord for His provision each step of the way! :)
