Thank you for not hating based on propaganda. Please, just rest assured that I am very vigilant and that we all share my bedroom, my birds, and I 24-7; they are only in their cages to sleep at night. I am so overjoyed by the little signs that they are healthy and happy and loving and adjusting, as well as thriving in our tiny piece of paradise. I give them the most nutritious foods and stimulating toys and comfy perches in a variety of sizes and textures and power wash their cages, which are only used as perches and play grounds all day long; they are only tucked in for sleeping. I talk and sing to them through out the day. The Goffin and I play call and response all day long until he goes into tunes my human brain can no longer match, makes me smile to see him win. Mimi and I fell in love at first sight. We are both special needs birdies of a certain age, I love and devote my waking hours to her, as well as to Mr. Z; as an Empty Nester among the two leggeds, I held on to their car until the cops got here because I could not see a future without the devotion the birds and I give each other.
