Thank you for praying for us! Let me tell you what God has already done: We leave in a few hours for Yap. So we are packing of course. Because we are bringing equipment and supplies for Yap and other missionaries there, in addition to our own things, we knew we would be way over our limit. We are over our weight limit by 225 pounds!! No - Sherrie has not eaten that much, I am talking about our baggage excess. That extra amount came to $480 in extra fees. An hour ago a pilot from United called to ask if he could ship some things for us. He gets a certain amount of shipping allotment as a pilot. He was able to take out two heaviest boxes (125 lbs) and will have them for us in Yap in a few days. Cost: $0. Then as I checked in for our flight online, I found that we had been upgraded to first class. That means we get an extra checked bag free. Cost for luggage: $0.
