To answer some of your queries… As a normal part of doing business we continue to evaluate our store portfolio to ensure we’re in the right locations and are able to provide Magical experiences for our Guests. Whilst this has led to some store closures, we are still committed to creating wonderful Guest experiences through the refreshment of our store and product portfolio. Due to the unprecedented success of ‘Frozen’, we have seen all products selling out exceptionally quickly. Please be assured, however, that all efforts are being made to ensure they are back in Stores and online as soon possible.
