Our guides are trained to be knowledgable about the Amish culture, and to get our guests up close and personal with the area and Amish, when applicable. We will answer your questions with accuracy, as long as we know the answer. We are definitely a get you onto the backroads and deep into Amish Country tour. For in depth information on the Amish when you are in the area, we suggest visiting our friends at either The Amish Village or Amish Farm and House. “Covered Bridge and Amish Farm tour” 5 of 5 stars We were trained on the scooters at the beginning of the tour. We had plenty of time to get comfortable. It was actually much easier on the road than training. The tour was to last 3 hours, we actually were out about 4, last tour of day. It was very fun, the scooters were easily managed and the group I was with, Craig was our guide, was very amicable and fun. The sights were beautiful, the information was interesting. If you are looking for a tour with tons of information, this is not the tour for you. You get some history of the bridges, 2 on the tour, and lots of interesting things at the Amish farm, but most of the tour is getting back to the country roads and riding the scooters. We really enjoyed that aspect. We were not overloaded with details, but our questions were answered. The balance of he fun scooter time and the interesting tour was perfect. Excellent day, such fun and would go again.
