Thank you for the approval .... My story goes prolly how all yours does ... My ex has now changed my contact time to days she knows Im in work .. Taken the one night I got to bath and put my 3 yr old son to bed !! She said its reasonable what shes done , its not and really isnt in my sons best interests ! The reason this has been done is from September to just last week I was on the sick so she has received no Csa payments as my earning fell way below my protected earnings ! Im now forced to get a Solictor and take matters to court ! Ive been told to try and go for main carer to show Im srs about my son .... Any help advice off fathers going/ gone through this would be a massive help
