I couldnt give birth naturally and very much wanted too! I want women to be educated and encourage them to not be that 1 in 3. --- C.S. I had a cesarean with my twin pregnancy, but thanks to a few amazing ladies and ICAN I felt empowered and knowledgeable enough to fight for what I needed to birth my third child via VBAC. -- K.A. To help raise awareness of the cesarean epidemic in the U.S.! -- S.P. Ive had my own un-necesarean, which led me to pursue becoming a midwife. In the words of the great Ina May: your body is not a lemon! -- K.C. After a traumatizingemergency c-section I found ICAN. They have helped me heal and gave me the information I needed to have a successful VBAC two years later. I am so thankful for the work you all do. -- anon. Cesarean awareness has been a passion of mine after my first child was born by an unnecessary c-section. Through this organization and lots of education I went on to have 2 VBACs. Thank you, ICAN, for all the amazing work you do.
