Thank you for the great review - Indoor Air Solutions was hired to clean all air ducts, air vents, ceiling fans and permanent air filters in our large, multi-system home. Member Comments: he airflow in the bedroom areas of my home was unbalanced. The master bedroom air was too cold and the auxiliary bedroom air was too hot in the summer. Prior to hiring Indoor Air Solutions I had hired a technician from a local, well-rated HVAC company to come out and check the air ducts and air flow with the goal of balancing the air flow between the rooms. The HVAC technician came to the house, looked at the air duct system and said there was nothing he could do to fix the air flow short of re-engineering the system for $4000-$5000. He then collected a $69. service charge for his visit. Later in the week I saw a Big Deal Coupon on Angies List for air duct cleaning by Indoor Air Solutions so thought I would try cleaning the air ducts to see if it would provide some slight improvement. I contacted Jeremy and we discussed the situation. I told him that I had already received a report from an HVAC company that the air duct system was poorly engineered and there was no way to fix the air flow short of re-installing the air duct system. Jeremy said he would take a look at the air flow system but, frankly, I didnt have much hope that he would find anything different than the HVAC technician. When he arrived at the house I showed him the problem and he said let me work with the air vent panels in each room. Within 30 minutes he had successfully balanced the air flow among the rooms simply by opening and closing the ceiling vents and louvers in each of the rooms. I was DELIGHTED! If he had done nothing else during his visit he had already solved my primary problem. Jeremy and his assistant, Sean, then started working on the air duct cleaning job. They laid drop cloths in each room to catch dust and debris and protect furniture. For the next four hours, they worked non-stop to remove, clean and reinstall each ceiling air flow panel. Following that, all seven ceiling fans were thoroughly cleaned as were three air filters located high up on the walls. Finally, Jeremy used an air pressure hose to blow dust off of the tops of picture frames and high furniture. The two of them worked without stopping for any breaks displaying a very impressive work ethic. Once the air system was cleaned and the vents deodorized, Sean vacuumed each room to remove residual dust and small debris. On their way out, Jeremy asked me to call him in a week and let him know my satisfaction with their work. Jeremy owns the company and his pride of ownership along with his desire to delight his customers comes through in many different ways. He certainly exceeded my expectations!
