Hes been my agent for the past few months and for all this time, hes been like a friend rather than an agent. Buying a house is a very frustrated process; however, Raymond makes the whole process very easy for his clients. He never gets pushy and always respects my time and patience. He is very attentive to all the little details from following up with selling agent to providing comparative market analysis. Hes very knowledgable in the entire Los Angeles County and San Gabriel Valley and was able to answer all of my questions. If it wasnt for Raymonds persistence with the listing agent and seller, I would not have succeeded in purchasing this beautiful home for the price I got it for. We would definitely recommend Raymond to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
