Thank you for this Laura Harth. There is a lot of debate on the effects of voters advice applications (VAAs) across Europe. I may be wrong, but in the 2009 the VAA for the European Parliament, called EUProfiler, did not include the Lista Bonino Pannella for Italy. So when I filled in the profiler I found out that my preferences plotted me on an empty space, without a party. I had to go to the Dutch site to find a party close to my preferences - this was D66. But not having included the Lista BP for Italy meant that citizens like me did not have any proper advice from the VAA....:) I asked the organizers of the EU Profiler and I seem to remember that they said there was no manifesto of the Lista BP hence they could not code the statements and include this option in their scheme. Go figure!
