File a bill that allow private cars to video tape the road. Whatever disobedience of road laws caught on that camera can ve used in court. Last but not the least. Change the rate of fines that we have for road violations. Multiply by 200% for non-pro license holders and for pro license holders. It should be 1000%. Its time we make people know and understand what accountability and responsibility is when on the road. With traffic enforcers or none. Implement these. for sure traffic in the philiipines would be better.
