Thank you for this incredible Tripadvisor review we received today.......... “More than the sum of its parts.” Reviewed April 22, 2014 NEW We were in town for a few days on business looking for some decent places to eat. What we found was one of the best Italian places weve eaten in quite some time. Everything ordered one could taste that it truly was freshly made from the sauces to the fish. The commitment to fresh quality ingredients really shines at Rossis. There is little doubt as to why they have been in business so long! On our visit, I ordered the Swordfish special. What I expected was a slab of fish like most places would serve... not so at Rossis. What I got was a beautiful swordfish fillet expertly blackened served beneath a bed of kalamata olives, artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes, shrimp, and a dusting of feta. While I adore olives they are one ingredient that must be used judiciously. In this case, they were used with deft precision to create a dish with great depth. I will admit that it is a bit pricy, but it is also in line with many other restaurants in the area. However, I can assure you that the quality of the dishes prepared combined with the rather large portion size more than justifies the prices they charge. With this in mind Rossis represents a terrific value. If you want a delectable Italian meal, welcoming staff, and a cozy environment in the Myrtle Beach vicinity you simply cannot go wrong with a trip to Rossis! Matt
