Thank you for waking us up to another beautiful day of life, Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, Jehovah, Yahweh. Help us to have more patience, a higher level of tolerance, and to not let the little things bother us like they do at times. Every moment spent in anger, impatience, and aggravation is a moment wasted, & though we will have reasons to get angry at times, it is how we handle that anger, what we do with it, & where we place it, that counts ... "The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride. Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools." ~ Ecclesiastes 7:8-9 ~ Remind us to ask ourselves when we are stepping along the stones of shortened tempers, if the emotions we are allowing to arise within are worth spending our whole day upset about, if they are worth wasting our time frowning over, or are they really just small simple annoyances ... The more we work on not allowing the trivial things to bother us, the more admirable our patience becomes. The choice is ours to grant the access of disquietude & restlessness into our minds. The moments spent in irritation are instances we could be in harmony with the beauty surrounding us, being at peace within, instead of disarray. "My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires." ~ James 1:19-20 ~ Life is too beautiful to waste it growling over the small things, when we could be spending our days walking in your light, lifting others up and helping them to see the love of God that shines from within ... Thank you for never leaving us in the dark ... We come to you in the mighty name of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, Yeshua, the King of Kings forever ... Amen.
