Below is an typical day as a Digital Training Facility Manager 1. Arrive At Site 2. Open the Classroom 3. Check Inventory for Unauthorized Removal 4. Check Equipment Functionality 5. Check E-mail 6. Check Voice Mail (If available)/Setup Telecommunications Messages 7. Validate and Update Daily Calendar 8. Prepare 9. Check Room Environmental Controls (Heat, A/C) During the Duty Day 1. Maintain Security 2. Process and Brief Learners 3. Provide Support Services during Training 4. Collect Non-expendable Supplies 5. Administer and Enter Learner Satisfaction Survey 6. Submit Utilization Reports 7. Close Classroom 8. Clean and Straighten Work Areas 9. Record Time 10. Secure Cabinets, Server Racks, and File Systems 11.
