We were pleased to see an overall 98.5% satisfaction rate with our veterinary services! In response to your suggestions, we are improving our customer service with the following changes: Increased front office hours of 9am-5pm, the introduction of a new payment plan for in-clinic appointments and emergencies, provision of official NYS prescriptions free of charge, annual physical exam reports for all our Preventive Care participants, and increased written instructions following health visits (remember you can always request these)! Many of you also indicated that email was a preferred method of communication so please remember to provide them and let us know that we can use them!
