Thank you for your group! I have had so many issues with my Macbook pro graphics card, Im an artist/designer. Using photoshop and Garageband, iMovie etc..to create my art. And almost immediately out of the box the computer had issues with the graphics. All the same patterns and glitches including slow motion graphics when you open and close a window. And boxes covering images while viewing on Preview. Since 2011..Ive dealt with it. I spent 2,500 on the top of the line 15 maxed out to highest GB and RAM power and did the SSD drive. I may of been one of the FIRST to complain about this issue, in fact I received an email from Tim, I believe. Its been so long since, he simply said others had recently complained and he was going to have his team look into it. When I replied to check on the issue again, I was given the same response. That was literally 2-3 months after I purchased the Macbook Pro in early 2011. I also took it into the store and they did their typical Apple genius not so genius rant, testing and offering zero solution, a waste. Stating its simply just the way it is and there was nothing they could do. Saying if they replace it with a new one it will have the same issue. And adding you have a BEAST of a machine to make me feel better. Of course what do you do? Just leave..Im just glad we can make our voices heard now! And even take legal action as a whole. The fact we even have to go this far to be heard is an Absurdity. Its an utter joke, for such a monster company to ignore this. They sold faulty products for high end prices and there is no ignorance from it anymore, they know. Apple to be so rotten to its supporters; WE are the legs they stand on and those legs demand respect! Customer waves can shift easily...then, apple turns to dust. Give us what we want. Because the apple never rots far from the tree. I will post video of my computer graphics issues soon!
