I braved the weather this morning and did the ice bucket challenge today as being a busy little cherub means lack of time :) As it says in my video, I feel that the rules surrounding the ice bucket challenge are unnecessary as the sole purpose of this challenge is to raise awareness for ALS/MND. It shouldnt matter if you actually undertake the challenge or how long it takes you as long as you are raising money, but most importantly raising awareness for the cause. I have donated to MND Australia and Beyond Blue. For those that know me, know that I am big on philanthropy and donating or volunteering for charities. Due to this, it has prompted me to partake in the Neon Run which proudly supports Beyond Blue, a charity that helps raise awareness, money and support for those with depression and anxiety.
