If you purchased the E-guide through Photo Dough and are having issues like the videos not showing up, file saying corrupt or damaged or anything else, please consult the FAQ document before emailing PD or myself (as we will just direct you there first since all solutions are in there!)- if youve already done this and for some reason youre still having a technical difficulty with something, feel free to email of course! Please make sure that you are following step-by-step what the answers are telling you to do and not leaving anything out whatsoever. This is extremely important! If emailed, I will get back to you as soon as I can, but please know that my family comes first 😘 I pride myself on quick email turnaround time but there are times when my kids need me and the phone gets put down until their needs are care of 😊 We just got back from Indianapolis this morning after our family pictures with Sarah-beth photography. Im also trying to get things put back away and settled back in but I will be checking emails throughout the day and make sure that everyone is well on their way with their e-guide purchase and able to enjoy it to the fullest extent :-) thank you again for your support and patience! ❤️❤️
