Thank you for your patience with our shipping times during this period of accelerated growth. Here’s a snapshot of where we’re at today in order fulfillment: · Ground orders placed from October 3rd and 4th that have all product in stock are being filled today. · We’re processing and shipping the remaining September promotion orders today. · There are still some backorders being filled from September; these are being processed and sent as the necessary inventory is available. · All remaining starter kit orders are being processed this week and are scheduled to be shipped by the end of the week. If you have a question about whether or not your order has shipped, the quickest way to check is to go to your Virtual Office and look in the Recent Orders tab. If the order has shipped the tracking number will be listed by the order number. The highest priority orders being filled each day are the following: · The oldest orders that have all of the items in inventory. · Orders placed that day that have paid for expedited shipping (next day shipping and 2-day shipping). All ground shipping orders that are older than 48 hours are being sent by 3-day shipping with no additional charge to the member. We’ll be posting an update to our shipping schedule each day, so feel free to check in daily for an update of shipping times.
