Thank you for your support to end homelessness in America by supporting the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness Opening Doors: The Federal Strategic Plan to End and Prevent Homelessness. The United States congress must now turn over the funds to end homelessness in America as outline in the federal strategic plan. If congress dont turn over the funds, the Civil Rights Division has a responsibility with other federal agencies for enforcement of federal fair lending laws, including the Equal Opportunity Act, 15 U.S.C. 1691 and the Fair Housing Act 42 USC 3601.
