Thank you friends for such awesome bday wishes, messages and even pictures! FB has added so much fun to birthdays and its great to reconnect with everyone. 45 seems a lot older than 44. Im not sure why, maybe because I am that much closer to Jeffrey Weisss age! I spent most of the day sitting in a courtroom as an expert witness and then spent the rest of the day in my accountants office completing my paperwork for judicial qualifying. As of tomorrow I should be an official candidate, qualified for the ballot. We had a fun dinner tonight despite Outback forgetting how to grill a steak. Ari wrote me a really nice letter telling me that he didnt get me a present. Jordan drew a cool picture for me. Shira got me the new Johnny Cash CD (I just hope she doesnt get me concert tix for him, that would be scary). Rona bought me some really needed iphone accessories which seem to disappear daily in the house. I also got a Lennon-Imagine shirt and some hair mousse (long story). Jeffrey took me on a jet ski adventure and showed us why he is not allowed to ride one without supervision. Mom brought me to see Jersey Boys for the third time. Great stuff. I am a very fortunate man surrounded by a wonderful family and friends. KBW
