Thank you lovely ladies and Steve for the class last night. Until the next class heres something to think about.... Every now and then throughout the day, become conscious of your breath. Where is you breath? Is it shallow and high in the top of the chest? Are you holding your breath? Encourage your breath to be deeper and into the belly. Breathing well makes you feel better, reduces anxiety, stress, depression and physical tension. An dont forget to include one of these too. :))))
