Thank you midas on 58th and capital. Did wheel bearing on the vehicle yesterday. Customer went back there today to have vehicle reinspected. They found no problems. They come to me about 5:00 i test drove vehicle and heard a loud howling sound. Bearing was sooooo bad the wheel was about to fall off. They stripped out the axle nut and the threads on the axle. I talked to owner of that midas and he stated he was not going to pay for the part or the labor. Only way he would cover it was at his locations. Customer refused to go back to his stores. Owner is making Midas pay for his workers mistake and wants nothing to do with it. Wouldnt provide me the part or anything. Yes i did have a few choice words with the actual owner. And the store manager is a jag off as well.
