Thank you so much. I love this questioner and the answers to his questions. It is hilarious. I begin to understand the popularity of the Bashar information. In a field once aptly described by Whitley Strieber as the only thing that is consistent, is that it is consistently strange, where uncertainties abound, Bashar offers us a robust cosmology, or should I say mythology. The belief system he offered is reassuring I suspect to many. I am not reassured however beyond some simple principles that are not as ornate, nor as certain. The so-called aliens are not harmful. They have been here probably forever, or at least since we started painting images of them on the walls of caves 30,00o years ago. Our interactions with them have probably led to the wisdom traditions we call religion and now that mankind faces a host of seemingly insurmountable problems they are showing up again in force. I am impressed by the writings of Dr Vallee and John Keel. Although in some ways Keel is out of date, the force of his insights cannot be ignored. I would starve trying to be a preacher of my eclectic approach. Dr Greer provided me with a wonderful introduction to the field, but that was a long time ago. Still his basic core message of 22 years ago resonates strongly with me. The strength of the contactee approach is that it calls for ongoing interactions in which if we are not swept away by the romance of wishful thinking (this is a crime I have been accused of by those who hate and fear the so called ETs) if we challenge our own beliefs in a caring yet critical way, then we will grasp the mechanisms of contact. In my opinion this is indeed a very important lesson to learn. UFO intelligence constantly gives us choices. By choosing positive life affirming approaches contactees are treated quite lovingly in my experience as one. I suspect if we choose fear and hatred, (the old argument that we should not engage the aliens until we know what their intentions are) then we will get rectal probes and intrusive theater of the mind encounters that makes victims out of us. We co-create with TOTENCET(pronounced toe ten set) the essential components of our interactions with them. What UFO intelligence is offering experiencer is more than an intelligence test (my grade I suspect is a D+ or a 2 in the Soviet 1-5 scale). They are offering us a kind of spiritual intelligence test. I pray I am doing better in this department because whenever I feel the presence of This Otherness That Experiencers Now Call ET, (TOTENCET) I fill my heart chakra full of loving energy and I am not so afraid. I experience love and I pray that they receive this message from me as well. We in a very certain sense get to choose. The totally unverifiable yet reassuring message of Bashar is one I choose to question, but I must say that he delivers his authoritative message in grand style. Thanks again for the link.
