Thank you so much for the add! I stumbled across your page by accident, but I am a divorced, single mom. Who was rendered disabled after a botched surgery. My dog, Ozzy, picked me at our local animal shelter on March 11, 2003. He is a lab-Jack Russell mix, which my daughter called a Lab/JackA** on her first day of preschool! Actually, my daughter was born on his 2nd birthday - yes, they share a birthday! - and he has been fiercely loyal and extremely protective of her since she came home from the hospital. Never even got to use my baby monitor, because he would always come get me - whining - whenever she waked up or needed me! Ozzy has kept me company so much over the last 7 years, as I have to stay in bed a good bit because of my disease. Ozzy will be 12 in January, and I know he doesnt have many years left... And I am cherishing EVERY DAY I get to be with him. Thank you for such a wonderful page!
