Thank you so much to all my friends who have read my posts over the past few months about our move. Im sure most of you have been thinking, all right already, would you just hurry up and move! ;) My many posts though have helped me to get through this change and its cheaper than therapy ;) I really appreciate my friends who took the time to comment or just whenever I saw a like it was like a hug of encouragement. Goodbye Cedarbrooke farm, We loved u w a fierce passion Rejoiced with each birth, agonized over each death, both human and animal. We close this long chapter of our lives and the next chapter is blank. The transition will be difficult as our next house is not ready yet. What will I miss the most? The incredible privacy, seeing all the deer every day. The farm animals and all the joy theyve brought and my big old house that could always house lots of company. What will I miss the least? The 1/4 mile driveway and all the dust that comes with it, the long commute to anywhere, the animals and all the work that goes along with them. My big old house that takes a lot of upkeep. So there is a fine line between the good and the bad, they cross over each other. Regretfully, we must leave behind our super fun party barn with the swinging rope, and a time capsule we buried in 2000, (cant remember where!) We take with us all our memories, good and bad ones. We have lots of horse and farm things we just couldnt let go of,and there is now a little bit of farm in each of us, even our son-in-law Brian who also fell in love with it. We are all ready to move forward and I thank you all for helping me get through these last few months. Love, Cheryl
