Because of your input and information, I contacted our primary insurance who verified that "NO, we cannot deny pre-existing conditions if there has been no gap in coverage and if we receive a certificate of coverage." I called our secondary insurance, asked for the certificate of coverage with the effective date and it is IN THE MAIL. Time for PRIMARY insurance to do some SERIOUS payback ( 7 months worth) to secondary insurance. I feel a major weight lifted. So thankful for FRIENDS and for FACEBOOK!
