Thank you, thank you, thank you for this video on TATTOOS. I have been telling people this who try to bring up this scripture to me and every time I challenge someone on its content; In that it is referring to not marking our bodies in the worship of pagan gods, they never even know what Im talking about because they just heard someone tell them that it was in the bible and repeat it without reading it, let alone researching it to understand what God is really telling us. Those who understand Gods nature have a deeper understanding of how his rules for living are designed to direct us in Spiritual things! God is not interested in our bodies that will decay into dust and we leave behind on this earth. (Except that we should try to stay healthy to best serve our purpose and live our lives to the fullest.) He is interested in our spirit that lives eternally. People who lack that personal relationship over-focus on the rules and misunderstand them because following rules is easier than submitting our hearts. (And btw also usually misunderstand the whole point of what Gods grace and Jesus sacrifice means in alignment with those rules.) Im so happy to have this video out there so instead of having to explain this again and again I can just refer this video! Lol. Please dont come tell me that the bible says dont get tattoos, just watch the video, my reply: What he said. :) & if you dont know God as your savior, healer, refuge, and best friend, I highly recommend getting to know Him. & then if you want to, also get a sweet tattoo. Whatever.
