Anyway my exhibit starts today until April 20!!! #AngInyongAwitin Niña’s love for local rock has always been steadfast, and it comes across in her lenswork. If you want proof beyond what you see online—not that you need any further convincing—you’re in luck. Niña’s second solo show, Ang Inyong Awitin, opens today (April 7) at the Tiendesitas Events Area and will be up until the 20th. It features images of Pinoy music icons such as Joey “Pepe” Smith, Jett Pangan, Cooky Chua, Francis Brew Reyes, Kevin Roy, as well as the late Karl Roy, all printed on huge 20” x 30” prints printed by FansDigital Philippines. The exhibit covers an eight-year slice (2006-2014) off Niña’s young but already celebrated career, focusing in particular on shows mounted at Tiendesitas and Greenhills Shopping Center Sessionistas.
