Thank you to FVSAU for giving me the Volunteer of the Year Award at the pageant last night along with Michael Smith. This is my 4th year raising funds and performing. I had 2 performances and Natasha Jewel-Dennis Carrington , Michelle Watkins, Ben Talley, Yvonne Slagle, Katie Isathe Best, and Blake Cook made up the rest of the talent along with Jessica Mitchell. It has been an insane weekend full of emotion and lack of sleep. But it is worth it. Vine alone brought in $5766. I am hoping with the ticket sales, other donations, bar sales, and other tips we will have well over $12,000 this year. That is more than we have ever raised. I will soon be working with Nancy Turner and Sheryl Askew Mayle as a more hands-on volunteer at least once per week. Jessica Vazquez was here and a lot of people know it has been hard for her. If you dont know what I am speaking of, Google Curtis Lepore. He has single-handedly destroyed her life for the past 8 months. She came here to be with us and cried for most of the night. It was very emotional. I am running on fumes and tired. My mouth is swollen and raw from my braces that he likes to bring up and use against me because he has no other argument other than my appearance. He raped my friend. And he claims innocence. He has hurt her over and over and comes after me every chance he gets. But he can kiss my ass because he is a piece of shit and only drives me to work harder. So Im tired. And angry. Ive lost friends over this. But they can all go to hell. Because you know what Curtis? You drove me to work harder this year and I did. And I will keep doing so. No matter who supports me or does not, I will just keep going. I have a job and a life and I try my best to juggle it all and do the best I can. And I may be 40 with braces but you are a 30-year-old child who uses teenagers to attack good people who do good things. In a year, my teeth will be straight. And you will still be a rapist who took a plea deal for what you did. Thank you FVSAU. You allowed me to feel good about myself for a while this weekend.
