Thank you to all my friends who encouraged me for my sleep apnea test. I managed to go to sleep and get an adequate test. This reveled I do have intermediate sleep apnea. It showed itself by my oxygen level during sleep dropping to 70%--too low for brain, heart, lungs etc.. We tried equipment and the CPAP with a full face mask worked well. After 3 hours on this outfit I felt like a new woman--not tired, no panting, walking well. I will get this equipment fitted next week. I will have to learn how to put it all on by myself but we think I will be able to.
