Thank you to all of you who have been praying for us today. Once - TopicsExpress

Thank you to all of you who have been praying for us today. Once again, the report was much better than we had anticipated. Our God is so FAITHFUL. Having said that, I will tell you we do not have a 100% definitive plan, but this is what we know. He will have repeat scans in two weeks. According to what that shows, our oncologist who is one of two of the leading experts in the country on small cell lung cancer will decide whether to push to keep him in the trial he has been in or to go another route. If thats not the case , he has assured us there are other clinical trials available. So, even though we dont have a definitive plan, this is so much better than what we had anticipated. We really thought they would tell us they had nothing more to offer us, and refer us back to Emory where the only thing they have is standard chemo which is less than 10% effective. So, our HOPE remains in our Lord and Savior. He continues to amaze us. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!! As all of you who follow us know , it has been a roller coaster ride these last few weeks. James has had some very rough days, some of which is most likely the side effects of the radiation. We are trusting that as we get further out from the radiation, he will begin to feel better. Please continue to keep us in your prayers. We definitely need them, and we feel the affects of them. We are headed home to Ga, and it is raining cats and dogs:-) James refused to spend the night in NC. I think he was afraid theyd decide to keep him again!!!! Stefannie is driving us thank the Lord. My oldest brother is coming in from Arizona tonight , and we are looking forward to a great weekend spent with family!!! Blessings!!!
