Thank you to all the Speedblasters that came. Tonight was a rounds kind of night. Everyone had a lane and equipment and we did 4 rounds of 10 reps of squat to curl to press w/dumbbells, kettle bell swings, slam ball slams, sand bag squats, through the agility ladder, stability ball crunches, wall balls and a run to the end of the field. Everyone did so good we changed up some of the exercises and went back through for 4 more rounds of 5 reps!!
