Thank you to everyone who bought poppies from me for the Scottish Poppy Appeal. When I took on this idea, I was only making 30 broaches, but due to the demand of Monarchs Fans I made and sold 72 in 12 days, raising £200. Sadly, it is unlikely I will find the time or the supplies to create anymore before Remembrance Sunday – maybe next year. Though I must admit making poppies steadied my nerves from thinking of all these Finals. I could not have done this without your help. My cheque will be sent to Poppy Scotland with a covering letter expressing that this money was raised by fans of Edinburgh Speedway. I hope you are all as proud of each other as you are of our team, and you are too me. #IncredibleMonarchsFans
