Thank you to everyone who emailed, called, and made comments here. A dear friend has stepped up and sent enough money for the rent and necessities for August. I am still waiting on Concentra to make a final decision as to whether I will be allowed to drive. Truthfully, it does not look like they will decide in my favor. If that is the case, since that basically qualifies as a decision based on my physical health, etc. (which I think is okay, same as its been for the most part, but guidelines have tightened up significantly with the DOT), then I will try for social security disablilty. Please pray for that to work out for us. I am actually of age to begin getting regular SS, but it will be not enough to cover the rent, never mind anything else. I had intended to work until 70, at which point SS would be $600 MORE than I make now, WORKING!!! THAT I could live on...it would seem like I was rich...HA!!! Hopefully I will know for sure within the next day. Concentra was supposed to call me today with an answer, didnt happen...so I will call them tomorrow. Meanwhile, thank you, my sweet friend, for your help. ShaoXi and I are so blessed to have you in our lives!!!
