Thank you to everyone who has participated in either or both of our fundraisers! I have found out that one of our fundraisers only accepts donations of $10 +. however, please dont let this discourage you. We understand that not everyone has the means to donate $10 or more. However if you DO want to donate but dont have enough money, try to find a group of friends who will all donate a portion towards $10, combine your money and then donate. AWARE is one of the few rescues who can honestly say that 100% of your donation is going towards bettering the lives of our dogs and cats! The other fun thing about the fundraiser on crowdrise is that you can make them a challenge! Just think, if you make a donation you can then challenge 5 or 10 of your friends to make a donation too! this makes fundraising more fun and doing things as a team or group makes things even better. Even on my worst days at AWARE I still go home and love what I do. Your donations are going towards a great cause and we have seen a growing support system start to form for the rescue.
