Thank you to my family, friends, volunteers and supporters. Im so proud to have met thousands of residents asking for their vote in the last five months and nearly 2000 voters believed in me and voted for me. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you to all my supporters. You mean so much to me and my family. Congratulations to Alan Halberstadt and Tom Kilpatrick. I called both Mr. Halberstadt and Mr. Kilpatrick this morning to congratulate them on their victory. I look forward working with both to better serve our children and our city that we all love and care. Congrats to our Mayor Elect Drew Dilkens and councilors elect for wards 3, 4 & 10: Rino Bortolin, Chris Holt and Paul Borrelli. Also congrats to my friends who were also the winners in last nights election: John Elliott (ward 2 councilor Elect), Fabio Costante (Catholic School Board Trustee wards 2 &9), Jessica Sartori and Kim McKinley (Public School Board Trustee 1, 2 9). Kudos to all the candidates who ran a clean and positive campaign regardless of last nights outcome.
