Thank you to our Volunteers :D Greenacres currently has 40 volunteers providing one or two days a week of assistance across our Illawarra and Shoalhaven sites. Their reliability, commitment and skills adds another rich layer to the quality Greenacres delivers in its services. In being a representative group of the wider community our volunteers bring a whole host of personalities and experiences onto our sites and can be found contributing in the most diverse ways including- Teaching - numeracy and literacy, swimming, job skills, cooking, Participating- in sports, beauty programs, drama groups, newsletter production, library visits, walks and a whole range of community access Developing new programs-in fitness, live musical performances and a weekly Vox radio program We thank our volunteers most sincerely, first and foremost, for their weekly commitment that provides continuity, focus, diversity and fun to all our services.
