Thank you to the American Center for Law and Justice. We need finite criteria on just what constitutes , a terrorist, as opposed to, a dissident, who may commit an act of civil disobedience over a human rights or moral issue (e.g. right to life protestors, anti-death penalty rallies, anti-war activists, etc.) to not, make it too convenient for govts. to just brand people,unlawful combatants, subversives, while they follow our constitution etc. Please keep up the good work & I did not know you also, have an office in Alsace! I am seeking, a place to have expresso with Alyssa Wurtz in your city/Strasbourg :-).
