Thank you to the vivacious WOWees for your challenge nomination. We graciously accepted the #IceBucketChallenge / Bikini Challenge and decided to do it TODAY on our 3rd Birthday Bash with all our attending SUPsistas. Each SUPsistas who was up for the challenge donated R50 and we raised just over R1,000 which the SUPsistas will be donating to the Motor Neuron / ALS Disease Association of SA. We now nominate the Xpression On The Beach Team (Table View, Muzies & Durban), SUP Cape Town and True Blue Surf & Island Travel! Side note - Ok so the water temp according to the internet was around 15°C - but we did it in our bikinis! :-) * Put the sound up to hear, but dont forget to turn it back down after! Or youll get a skrik like I just did!
