Thank you to those people who attended our first Brutal Truth Customer Forum this morning. You have given us great feedback on how we are viewed by our Customers and the Community. We have already been to one of our competitors at The Pines this afternoon to do a like for like shop on every day necessity items and you will be pleased to know their products totalled $137.90 and the exact same products in our store totalled $135.47 - so that is a saving of $2.45 by shopping at Quintons. We will test another competitor tomorrow with the same products. It was interesting to see the competitors clever marketing with tickets indicating 2 for $5 or 2 for $3 which gave the perception you were making great savings by buying more products. However, on many of those lines, our everyday price was lower than theirs.
