Thank you to those who encouraged me, and thought a mother, wife and a worker could still accomplish a full-time Postgraduate. Half way through my Masters I had baby Elias. The university along with my supervisor and school of education gave me maternity leave. I continued to work on my dissertation since I passed all my other modules prior to my Mat leave. I had phone calls and messages and visits from some dear friends and family who .. simply told me I make motherhood look easy and I am tough. Someone dear to me said I could not deliver this!!!! and I was disappointed to see that is their faith in me .. And for that reason I feel I did this for many women like me. To my sisters who say I am tough Cookie Safia Banday, Roda Banday Ismahan Ibrahim Muhim Bulale and Zeinab Y. Osman and friends who took me out when I was stressed .. Shareen Omar you know that is you dear. Jano Osman whose support I could not even put into words and Best brother Mohamed Ali Bile who always believed in me and directed me to Education.. you are my inspiration. Mum Jenny Rivers came to the rescue to looked after us in Sheffield. Finally my Husband Yonis and my boys.
