Thank you %#$*$€£@# ( typo ) for nominating me for this challenge. Below is my list of 10 breakfast dishes that had an impact on me in some way ( nutritionally or digestion wise ) . .. So without much ado then..her goes my list 1 कांदे पोहे - by शरीफा* 2 खड़ी मसुर की दाल / चपाती - by अम्मी 3 उपमा चटणी(दही) - by शरीफा 4 धपाटे चटणी ( दालवा + पुदीना) - by शरीफा 5 टोफु शिमला मिर्च सँडविच - by सौ.हादी 6 खड़ी मुंग की दाल (green chillies seasoning )/चपाती- by शरीफा 7 5 सफ़ेद 1 पीला olive oil आॅमलेट/ ब्राउन ब्रेड - by सौं. हादी 8 मटकी ऊसल /दही/ - by शरीफा 9 4 whole egg अंडा भुर्जी / stale jowar भाकरी - by सौ.हादी 10 इडली चटणी - by शरीफा via MTR *our wonderful cook I know how hard and saddening it is to name only few influential breakfast dishes & keep that sinful favourite साबुदाना खिचड़ी out of this list .. But as everyone knows ..the restriction of 10 is little tastebuds limiting & annoying too And as a fraandly gesture & chain reaction , I would like to nominate य क्ष ज्ञ and X Y Z In to let us know 10 superfoods you stuff yourself in the morning that makes a fuelling impact in ur day and your life as a whole & reason being you so very wholeheartedly wholesome !!!
