#ThankYouSachin I know its unethical and biased journalism which most of the time I criticise, but sometimes I too cant help. Today I was asked to write a reaction story on Sachins farewell, all peoples emotions, celebrities congratulations etc. It was just after I finished the story, I coincidentaly got a call from a person, a self acclaimed dignitary, who criticised sachin and his getting Bharat Ratan. The phones speaker was on. And even though my national bureau chief too was there and listening the conversation, I abruptly cut the phone and said, I am not going to write this. He just smiled. I know this too was a reaction and I was bound to write that, being a journalist. But it was a personal call. It was about the God. But at least now understand why people, even learned ones, turn their eyes blind sometimes while I keep looking for logic, ending up in frustration. I hope this lesson will help me in understanding the peoples random reactions and their logic behind that.
