Thankful once again for the opportunity assist the estate administrators for this weekends upcoming sale. We couldnt have asked for a nicer pair to work for. While we were all in angst about the lack of available parking, after much deliberation, Justin and I decided to forge ahead and accept this mission on behalf of their ailing friend. After an astounding six full trailer loads of debris later, were ready for Fridays kick-off! The things we uncovered throughout the home were astounding, all three floors of it. And today I have made a decision to try my best not to fret over the possibility of unhappy neighbors due to overcrowded streets or impatient drivers, etc. I have decided that no matter how hard I try, you just absolutely can not please everyone. And someone always seems to want to block a driveway or two. So that being said, Im hoping beyond hope that we are blessed with patient neighbors, volumes of happy buyers and a somewhat stress-less 3 day sale event that will produce the needed end result of clearing the estate home so our client can finally close this necessary chapter of his life. I do hope everyone can make it out to browse or buy and by all means help us spread the word. We thank you so much!
