Thanking God for a safe trip back to Monrovia. Uneventful except countless checkpoints where we had to show our papers, hand pulled ferry across a river, roller coaster roads full of water of unknown depths, hard rain, loss of oil pan shield, stop and go for 5 miles of crowd squeezing traffic, etc. 9 hours to go 200 miles...Just another day in paradise. Seriously, the trip into Sierra Leone was fantastic. Thanks for praying. God intervened on our behalf numerous times. My traveling partner and ELI colleague, Rick Renninger is planning his next trip as he adopts this country as I have Liberia. I am overjoyed for what this will mean in this Muslim majority country to the glory of God for generations to come.
