Thanking my ancestors this morning for this good life I have. I give honor and thanks to my ancestors for the breath in my body. I give honor and thanks to my ancestors for my children who are a direct manifestation of their love, will, courage, wisdom and resilience. I give honor and thanks for the ancestor that is manifested in my existence this lifetime. I give honor and thanks to my ancestors for the amazing community I get to be a part of and the heavenly pact ALL our ancestors made that we would be together in this moment to love each other, to heal current and generation wounds, to support each and be about the work of liberating our people. It is an honor to call your names---thank for helping me find you, for tapping my shoulder and whispering your name in my ear.
